The luggage space varies across different types of vehicles. The amount of luggage permitted on a certain vehicle is mentioned during the booking process both online and over the phone. We have a range of vehicles to choose from so you can select a larger vehicle such as an MPV if you have a large amount of luggage.

Most airlines will allow you to use your own child seat on board their aircraft In most cases, the following criteria will apply An infant is a child less than two years old. (Children aged 2 and over are not permitted to use an Infant car seat onboard) If you would like to use your own car seat, it must: Be designed to be secured by means of a normal aircraft single lap strap  Have a separate 5-point restraining harness  Not exceed the dimensions of the aircraft seat, and should fit into an area of 43cm x 43cm (17.ins x 17ins)  Must be secured to its host seat at all times of the flight  Must not require the use of a three-point harness to secure it to the aircraft seat. Rear facing car seats are not allowed If for any reason your car seat cannot be fully secured, it may have to be placed in the hold. In these circumstances, your infant will have to be secured to your lap whenever the seat belt sign comes on As is the case with pushchairs, child car seats are classed by airlines as essential extras, so If the airline will not let you use your child seat during the flight, they will generally allow it to be carried in the hold with no extra charge. * We would always advise passengers to check with the airline whilst making your booking.

There is no extra charges if your flight is early or delayed as we continuously monitor the status of your flight and work on the basis of confirmed arrival times.

We will place your booking on hold for 24 hours and you can re-book your transfer at no extra cost within this period. If you do not opt for meet and greet service, then please contact your driver on the number provided and coordinate a meeting point with the driver. Contact us as soon as possible on +44 (0) 203 475 0477. We will arrange your transfer for a new date/time free of charge as long as the driver has not been dispatched. If you fail to inform us, this will result in full charge.

We will put your booking on hold and won't despatch the driver to the other airport until you or the passenger have authorised us to do so. Additional mileage charges may apply. Please note that failure to contact us within 1 hour of landing will result in no refund.

There will be 50% surcharge on 25th, 26th, 31st December and 1st January. In an event of natural calamity such as flood, landslide, snow or other extreme weather conditions, the amount of surcharge will be notified to you during the booking process.
