Terms and Conditions for Airport Minicab UK Services
Welcome to Airport Minicab UK, your trusted airport minicab service provider. By booking or using our airport transfer services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.
1. Definitions
1.1. "Service" refers to the airport minicab services provided by Airport Minicab UK
1.2. "Customer" refers to any individual or entity who books or uses the airport transfer services provided by Airport Minicab UK
1.3. "Booking" refers to the reservation made by the Customer for the airport transfer service.
2. Booking and Payment
2.1. All bookings must be made through our website, phone, or email.
2.2. Payment for the services must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed.
2.3. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and online payment systems.
2.4. Bookings are confirmed once full payment is received, unless otherwise stated.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
3.1. Customers may cancel a booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time to receive a refund after deducting10% or £10 whichever is higher
3.2. Cancellations made after this period will not be refunded.
3.3. No refunds will be issued for no-shows or missed flights.
3.4. In the case of a service failure or delay caused by us, we will provide a partial refund or full refund or alternative arrangements.
4. Service Availability
4.1. Our airport transfer services are available to and from all major airports in the UK mainland.
4.2. We reserve the right to refuse service if the Customer’s location is outside of the service area or if the booking details provided are incorrect.
4.3. In cases of severe weather conditions, traffic disruptions, or other unforeseen events, delays may occur. We will do our best to notify you as soon as possible.
5. Passenger Responsibility
5.1. The Customer is responsible for ensuring that all details provided during the booking process, including flight times, addresses, and contact information, are correct.
5.2. The Customer is responsible for being present at the designated pick-up location on time.
5.3. Passengers should follow all instructions provided by our drivers and behave in a courteous and respectful manner. Any behavior deemed inappropriate may result in the cancellation of the service without refund.
6. Luggage and Special Requests
6.1. Customers should inform us in advance of any special luggage requirements, such as large items, sports equipment, or extra luggage.
6.2. The number of passengers and luggage should not exceed the capacity of the vehicle booked.
6.3. Special requests, such as child seats or accessibility requirements, must be made at the time of booking. - Child seats are not guranteed.
7. Liability and Disclaimer
7.1. Our company is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or delay caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic delays, weather conditions, or flight cancellations.
7.2. We are not responsible for any personal belongings left in the vehicle.
7.3. Our liability for any damages will be limited to the amount paid for the specific service, except in cases of negligence or unlawful conduct.
8. Data Protection and Privacy
8.1. We are committed to protecting your privacy and will process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8.2. Personal data collected during the booking process will only be used to provide our services and for communication related to your booking.
8.3. We will not share your personal data with third parties without your consent unless required by law.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
9.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
9.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the UK.
10. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
10.1. Our company reserves the right to amend or update these terms and conditions at any time.
10.2. Any changes will be posted on this page, and it is the Customer's responsibility to review the terms regularly.
10.3. Continued use of our services following any changes to the terms and conditions will constitute acceptance of those changes.
11. Waiting time charges, Additional Passengers and Luggage, Additional Drop offs and Pick ups.
11.1. For pick ups from all the airports, we do not charge for the 1st hour from the landing time. Any further waiting time will be charged at £20 per hour pro rata irrespective of any reason which needs to be settled with the driver by cash or we can send you the payment link, if required. For pick ups from home, hotels, offices and any other venues, we do not charge for the first 5 minutes from the actual booking time. Any further waiting time will be charged at £20 per hour pro rata irrespective of any reason from the very first minute and not the 6th minute. Flight delays are exempt from these charges. We will refund you for the time you waited at the airport (in arrivals hall) if our driver is late for the pick up. These doesn't include any unforseen circumstances such as really bad weather, road closures, strikes or any similar activities where our driver is not in a position to reach.
11.2. Additional passengers and luggages may be added with the permission of 'Airport Minicab UK' controller provided it doesn't exceed the capacity of the vehicle.
11.3. Additional drop offs and pickups will be charged on the per mile basis or at a minimum fee of £10 whichever is greater.
